ingridients

  • 1 bulb fennel, thinly sliced 

  • 2 apples, cored and sliced 

  • 100g mixed salad leaves 

  • 50g walnuts, chopped 

  • 100ml apple cider vinaigrette

Method

  1. Combine fennel, apples, salad leaves, and walnuts in a bowl. 

  2. Drizzle with apple cider vinaigrette.

  3. Toss gently and serve.
